One-click add to Next, also from a shared inbox Now Next® lets you manually add emails from shared inboxes using the Next® Connector for New Outlook.  The faster you get business emails into a proper eCMS the better  At Nextway we suggest processing shared inboxes with Next® Mail capture, Next® Casework, or Next® Mailroom. The faster you get business emails into a proper eCMS the better the compliance and the higher the efficiency.  Not everyone is ready to take this step, and hence we have enhanced the Next® Connector for New Outlook, to also support shared inboxes, except for the Capture future updates feature.  Future enhancements The Next® Connector for New Outlook is continuously being enhanced, and in the future we expect to be able to add support for Capture future updates, also for shared inboxes. Next focus though is improved support for validation and search in large and complex data sets.  For the techies Shared inboxes are implemented completely different by Microsoft, and hence support was not out of the box. Capture of future updates will also require efforts.  Commercial terms and conditions Support for shared inboxes comes with no additional subscription, for those with a full subscription to Next® Connector for New Outlook. Any consultancy assistance needed for implementation will be invoiced.
